CANCELLATION POLICY
While I understand that we are all human & things come up, to ensure a smooth experience for all my guest, I kindly ask for plenty of notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, as it’s challenging to fill the time on short notice. No shows will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment. Please keep in mind if you are 10-15 mins late we may have to adjust scheduled service or reschedule due to we may not have time for the full service. Failure to show and no notice, will be considered a No show. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my policy!
